Publishers are faced with finding new ways of acquiring revenue. They must create business models that capitalise on the increased demand for online content and the decline in print distribution. Few publishers in the UK had prepared for this challenge.

The company had established itself in the US market and wanted to create a European organisation. Full Funnel was engaged to complete this task, establish the brand, generate leads and win new clients.

Full Funnel began by helping the company to become an established presence in the UK. This required opening a London office and identifying, hiring and on-boarding sales, consulting and technical support staff. Implementing processes that enabled them to set goals for their new team members. Next, we set up a business partnership with a leading Publishers Association, which gave us access to comprehensive data on UK media companies.

Following initial wins, we ran a breakfast briefing event in affiliation with a leading business journal We advised on the messaging to use in support of the briefing, in which they demonstrated how digital content monetisation is a sustainable and profitable process. This springboard has supported the company with Series A funding, growth across Europe and establishment of Asia operations.
